Information Data Security and Compliance

You have a secure document destruction program to protect your hardcopy confidential information, but how are you disposing of your electronically stored confidential information? Like hardcopy information, data stored electronically are also covered by HIPAA and FACTA disposal rules. Unlike hardcopy information, however, electronically-stored information is further regulated by the EPA and must be recycled in an environmentally-responsible manner after destruction.

NAID MemberLifeSpan is an exclusive AAA Certified Member of the National Association of Information Destruction (NAID). Our AAA NAID certifications include plant-based information destruction, mobile information destruction, and hard drive sanitization (wiping). NAID frequently audits its AAA Certified members on both a scheduled and random basis in order to ensure that they provide the highest level of security and service in the information destruction industry.
